Customized Private Events

Customized Private Events are held at the Cellar on Penn, 2031 Penn Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Events have included rehearsal dinners, birthdays, retirements, girls night out, corporate parties, charity events and weddings. Our facility can comfortably seat up to 72 people, so we can accommodate groups large and small.

With Customized Private Events, we close the Cellar to the public and the entire facility is yours. Full Facility Fees vary according to the day of the week with event minimums starting at $400. Plus you have the option to bring in your own catering at no cost with the Cellar on Penn Full Facility Fee or use the Cellar on Penn chef and kitchen staff.

Full Facility Fee. Fees range from $400 to $2500 depending upon the day of the week and time you want.  With this option, all food service, setup and takedown is the responsibility of the caterer/renter.  An event coordinator is provided by Cellar on Penn.

Or – we can do it all with our Cellar on Penn chef and kitchen staff.

Cellar on Penn Food Menus change seasonally and are designed to meet your goals. Buffet tables and full table service is available. Brunch Buffets start at $24.95 per person and Afternoon / Evening Buffets start at $35. per person.
