A sparkling wine – Bubbly is a great way to start because it is both a pallet cleanser and wit the pop of the cork, it is a celebration of life. You can continue the sparkling wine with any food or take a full tour of white wines and or/ rosés, then red wines and finally round off with sweet and dessert wines. Generally, you start with lighter wines before serving more powerful wines, start with dry wines before sweet. There is a great amount of study dedicated to wine and food pairings yet what you like matters most; your enjoyment is our goal. We suggest that you try something new and drink what you like. Cheers!
