The Cellar on Penn is a satellite location of R Wine Cellar – Winery. All wines are made in the heart of the Strip District from grapes sourced from all over the world- Chile, California, and local Pennsylvania grapes.

The Cellar serves wines by the glass, bottle, and flight, while also rotating handcrafted cocktails and locally sourced beers. Stop by for a glass, bottles to go, or a private wine tasting event! Enjoy light bites Tuesday-Sunday, as well as a full lunch and dinner menu! Unfortun ely, we cannot accommodate outside food, beverages, or decorations.
